Ingredients: Organic Castor Bean Oil
 
Made with high quality, organic ingredients.
 
Suggested Use:  Soak cloth or gauze pad with 2-4 droppers of oil and place over affected area. Cover with a cloth or a heating pad or hot water bottle, if desired. Relax for 30 minutes, then remove and rinse. Or rub castor oil o your feet, put on a pair of socks, and leave on overnight.
